- Assist customers and sell merchandise from the gift and floral shop.
- Balance cash, credit card, and check receipts at the end of the day.
- Replenish stock and clean shelves as needed.
- Make list of items to be ordered.
- Unpack boxes, mark merchandise, process flowers as directed.
- Deliver flowers to patients as requested by customers.
- Take phone and internet orders from customers.
- Assist with delivering merchandise to outside buildings as requested.
- Operate gift & floral shop, including opening and closing, without assistance during nights and weekends when other staff members are off.
- Assist with inventory and software updates when requested.
