Renasant Insurance, Inc. (Renasant Insurance) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. It operates in three segments: Community Banks segment, Insurance segment, and Wealth Management segment. These services include checking and savings accounts, business and personal loans, interim construction loans, equipment leasing, as well as safe deposit and night depository facilities. Automated teller machines are located throughout its market area. The Company’s Online and Mobile Banking products and its call center also provide around-the-clock banking services. In September 2013, Renasant Corporation completed its merger with First M&F Corporation.
