Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will help ensure that materials, equipment, and systems move smoothly across our operations, supporting both logistics and technical teams. Your work will contribute to reliable service delivery, strong collaboration across departments, and a safe, well-organized environment. By combining attention to detail with technical coordination, you will play an important part in maintaining quality, accuracy, and continuity in our day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Goods Reception & Inspection – Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and equipment for quality and completeness.
- Inventory Management support – Support the inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment in collaboration with logistics and planning teams.
- Internal Logistics Coordination – Distribute materials internally to field operations team and assembly areas in line with operational needs.
- SAP/ERP Operations – Perform data entries and monitor workflows in SAP for goods movement, dispatch, and documentation.
- Technical Equipment Handling – Configure and update firmware for devices (e.g., TCU, Gate Interface)
- Quality Checks & EOL Verification – Conduct quality checks and final verification of systems and hardware before shipment.
- Dispatch & Export Documentation – Prepare packaging, labeling, and required international shipping documentation (e.g., UIT codes).
- Production and Sales Support – Coordinate tooling, kitting, and returns for project support and sales team collaboration.
- Supports operations, sales, and process improvement.
- Forklift Operations – Support loading and unloading tasks, as part of daily warehouse operations flow.
- Conduct monthly Gemba Walks and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Goodyear Proactive Solutions and Taas EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
What you will bring
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related technical environment
- Confidence working with ERP systems (ideally SAP but not mandatory) and handling data with accuracy
- Forklift Certification is a strong asset
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks and documentation
- Technical curiosity and willingness to work with equipment configuration and testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (French is a strong plus)
