Job Summary/Description:

WTVA is looking for an organized, detail-oriented team player with exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. This role will work directly with sales management and media executives, providing essential support to help maintain strong customer relationships. This opportunity is a great way to become part of a highly respected media organization and station.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the Sales Team with campaign details and organization
- Entering and maintaining orders into our Sales system
- Create support documents for advertiser campaigns
- Effectively communicate with internal teams (Sales, Creative Services, Traffic) and external clients when needed
- Work cooperatively with managers and co-workers to deliver a high-level of service daily

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must have computer and software experience, proficient in Microsoft Tool Suite
- Previous experience with Sales or Advertising a plus, but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Capable of learning new systems promptly and thoroughly
- Must be highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented
